USA | Buford, why do you let them take advantage of you? Pay them to custom farm it, instead of renting it to them. Payem university custom rates, that will get their attention.
IMO this is where we are headed, less ground will be rented and more will be custom farmed in the future. If people thing the current cash rent game is cut throat, the battle too custom farm ground will make the current rent game look tame.
