SW Iowa | Those who have been nervously waiting for the high are now figuring it is high enough and time to get out. Could be the last land buying opportunity for quite a while to come.
If grain prices hold together and even bump up a bit this winter and into spring with a SA weather scare, Katie bar the doors on how high the land prices can go. The moon is still up there to shoot at, and I am sure a lot of winners will. Land will follow the grain prices and so will cash rents, machinery prices, crop imputs, everything else. They sure can't make any more of it. | |
