| I was just being sarcastic. The original thought on cash rent years ago was the convenience to the landlord and tenant. Flat Rent with no participation from the landlord. Cash rents were more stable then. Now as prices go up because of yield drops some of the cash renters want to make sure they get their so called fair share which is based on net revenue which is determined by price and bu. and then one has to figure the rise in input expenses which all comes back to the functions of a Share crop lease. Need I go on? Gets to be like a broken record or the show Ground Hog Day | |
