Extreme SW Minnesota Iowa border | I have already made a few phone calls tonight. I am getting a LOT of different stories. The police department doesn't have anyone on staff to take complaints, so you have to come down, and get the form. Spirit Lake , Iowa is 45 miles from where I live, so I will be taking a drive in the A.M.
I phoned a guy that I know, who lives down where they do the haunted house, and he said they do that all the time, The PD will just walk through the parking lot, and start searching peoples cars with all kinds of BS excuses. So, I am thinking that I will be running into some really backwards a$$ police chief. I should prolly bring him a copy of the bill of rights, and maybe even the constitution. Then, being from Iowa, I would prolly have to read them to him too. |
