North Dakota | Large amount of new equipment sold in my area (equipment with engines) is due primarly to new emission restrictions coming out next year. Tier 4 reqiurments are not only going to add a price increase but also a large amount of headaches. Most companies are shutting down assembly lines and retooling this spring. Heck I was told our local buhler-versatile dealer has sold over 30 4wd tractors in 2010. I think 12or 13 were ordered as inventory with the balance being customer ordered. | |
