USA | Numbers will work this year, my concern is with 2012 and beyond. Give up the ground in 2011 when the numbers work doesn't make much sense. If they don't work next year make the decision then
Problem is why some people can't make the numbers work, is becaiuse there is too much fat in the operation. If a person is going to survive, fat has to go plain and simple, when competing in the rent game. | |
