How so, Rich? 15% cap gain is sure enough, but its better than the potential next year I'm guessing. I haven't a clue if there's a state capital gains tax, that could be a bugger. Or, the proceeds could be used to 1031 to other investment stuff. Condo's all along the shore of the US are a bargain compared to 5 years ago.
