Thats the point. The plans set up were based on exemptions of 3 million or more, now the taxes will start at 1 million. With a 50% top rate, even a small farm (with todays inflated values) will result in a huge tax bill. The tax is wrong pure and simple, just another money grab for the big govt. spenders.
