SE Nebraska | After farming 3 sides of a public hunting for years and years with Dad, we have lost tractor windows, fence, and even had a bow hunter shoot an 1100 lb black deer (black angus heifer). I am an avid hunter, but would definately tell not only the landowner, but the DNR. If the stand is on the property line, fine, but they have to shoot into the property they have permission on, not onto your place. And if they are that careless, I would have no problem finding out who the hunter is and getting compensation. | |
