Might be but you cant go broke making a profit. Heck Id rent Coup every acre I got for $325, take my rent out of that and Id make way more money renting it to him then farming it myself, and Id have zero risk, kinda a nobrainer. Youd lose your a$$ here with that kinda rent on dryland, heck there is very little irr 200+ bu ground even bringing that, high 200s yes, but very little or no 300 plus rent here.
