Central Minnesota | Balance sheet preformance is great. They make all of us look good. Buy to add value--pay of debt to reduce liabilities. My financial man is more concern about maintaining a postive cash flow number. You can play with the numbers all you want on the balance sheet, but did the cash flow support the balance sheet. How much equaity gets tapped to shore up the cash postion to really provide the workong capital needed. Not against anyone purchasing land, have bought my last piece in 2004. Just get tired of these guys who cry and complain about financial postion when inputs raise and crop prices fall and wonder how to pay the bills. Thats when the banker starts eating away at equality. | |
