I understand having a gas cooktop, wouldnt have anything else. Whats with the electric oven, is there a advantage to it over a gas one? Just curious.

Before I get crucified , I do 70% of our cooking and we are getting ready to remodel the kitchen. The house we bought has electric stove, we both hate the electric cook top and are going to put a gas top in. Should we look at gas/electric oven.
