We are going to buy a bull this winter and I have been seriously considering a Gelbvieh myself. Haven't talked to Pop about it yet, he may want to stick with Angus. A neighbor had one a few years ago and got some awfully good calves from him. We got one or two ourselves, I think, not the best fences in the world.
