we had the same deal
we 2 fields next to the highway owned, then 2 not, then 1 that is. One of those not owned came up for auction and we bought it. Did we need another 160 acres, ????. But since it was right next to what we already owned, made for great location. This piece is 5 miles from our house, and 3 from the elevator. | |
