Are we talking productive farm land? Don't go into your eyeballs in debt, but that is one of the only solid investments out there. Don't forget about all the 'nickel and dime'ing that comes with any property transaction. Basically, as long as you aren't involved in a bidding war (and can get 5-10% price reduction) it sounds like a decent enough deal.
Should I buy it ?
