It is. The hp numbers that sprint car guys get out of a NA short block Chevy running on straight alcohol is unreal.
I'm not sure what the compression ratios are that they achieve but 900 hp and 8000+ rpm are thrown out pretty commonly from a good 410 cu" sprint engine.
