Yes a lot of things came together again today. And Dec 11 acted strong against Dec 10 (Dec 10 is roughly .15 off the recent highs and Dec 11 is .10 off the highs)
I agree with you on corn having trouble buying acres for next year. The yield drag found in corn on corn this year was greater than normal, but i really wonder how much can be attributed to the late harvest, lots of trash from the cooler summer, and poor conditions for chisel plowing. All which i think led to Nitrogen tie-up in the organic matter which usually would have been broken down by spring in a normal year. This year is presenting the opposite conditions all around.
