| Probably should start out working for father, he probably needs the land base to do on his own anyway. Utilizing the equipment available to you, work to make your way working together, and as you add ground people will respect that. It seems when the kid comes back and expects father to just bow out, it is not a good situation. If you do a good job and work well with family, people will notice and you will get ground to rent or buy. Keep in mind it won't happen over night. | |
