I havent had a loan that way but I know a little about them. Your bank should go along with a fsa operating loan because the bank is guaranteed the money from fsa if for some unforseen reason things dont work out. Im suprised the bank wouldnt go along with the added land deal if you carried crop insurance that guarranteed enough money to pay pack the operating loan. I think also a bank denial will allow you to get a direct operating loan from fsa. If you have been farming less than ten years you would defenitly qualify for a direct loan from fsa.
