mn | forget all the rest, wrap in foil cook on top self if got one or cook off to the side (not on top of heat) for about 2 to 2 1/2 hrs then take out of foil and grill on heat 15 mins each side. also cut some potatoes with green pepers and oinions in little cubes and a slice of bacon wrap in foil put on grill 1 hr before pork is done 1/2 hr on each side not on direct heat but off to the side. don't forget to have a beer handy in case of flairups while grilling | |
