I live in a TRAVEL TRAILER (differing from an rv because they are meant to be used, appliances, better construction, better plumbing, etc.) 8 months a year. A little time and all you do is fight leaks. They are drafty, poorly insulated, expensive to heat and cool per square foot, don't stand wind or hail well etc. For the couple weeks a year, they are great. If you continued to upgrade it may be ok, but when they get time on them--it will be more of a hassle than it could ever be worth. Maybe rent some office space we both know will be coming available lol |
