| There are advantages and disadvantages to both. You will have days/weeks/months on the farm where you put in hours similar to what you are currently doing - the difference is, the work you are doing is building your own business instead of someone else's.
The disadvantage of farming is sometimes the problems can follow you in the door at night. In your current job, you leave them behind you when you get in the car and drive away. It takes some real willpower at times to leave farm issues at the door when it is all on your shoulders. | |
