Silver Lake, Kansas | Current situation is this: The farm office is located in the basement of a family members home, and is about 10 minute drive from the shop. The family member is moving in the near future. We do not have enough room in our own home for an office, and are located away from the center of operations. I had considered remodeling an older building into an office, but the price tag scared us away from that idea.
I came up with the idea of getting a used office trailer and moving it in for working space. The used ones seem to be priced reasonable and they all have heating and airconditioning. Indoor plumbing would be nice, but since I don't have it now, I guess I could do without awhile longer.
I am looking for ideas folks, and am willing to listen to your suggestions. My two main requirements are plenty of natural light (don't like working in basements) and plenty of electrical outlets. Your thoughts? | |
