northwest tennessee | That happened here too. You know they say history repeats itself. Property taxes are an area that can be increased pretty easily and quickly if needed. Noone knows how to cut back so they just tax more. I think it will be a real problem in the future and every time you hear the news they are being increased somewhere. I had a piece of ground go up by 20% a few years ago. Everything total went up an average of 12%. | |
