I figured this would have been a previously debated topic but could not find anything. What sizes of overhead cake storage would everyone recommend? I think i would like a 30 ton so i could order another load but still have some on hand. Where is the best place to buy bins from? Anyone have recent prices? Any info would be great.....Thanks
