| The problem is the price farmers recieve won't be as much as the price increase at the grocery store. When these corn prices started up the Cattle prices were @ $1/Lb and hogs lower 70,s. We'll see where they go. I do remember. which isn't saying too much but I think in 2008 Livestock prices were cheaper. The demand for chicken and hogs will go up while the demand for beef will go down. Most all American families are on a budget and proven fact that it takes less feed /lb of weight gain for Chix and pigs.
