Embarrass WI | Don't cut it up, lay it skin side down on a iece of brown kraft paper(we usually cut it from a grocery bag) then spice it with garlic, lemon pepper, add some sliced onion and lemon. We cook it on a gas grill, get the grill hot first, lay the paper with the filet on directly on the grille and let it cook until it flakes apart easily(less than 10 minutes, normally about 7 with our grill). I like to serve it with sliced seasoned potatoes and pea pods. |
