Mascoutah, Illinois | Yea, lets ignore the facts and ignore proven history because it is different this time. I guess everyone forgot about the death spiral from around $8.00 to $2.80 in just over six months from the middle of 08 to the beginning of 09. The economy is in far worse shape this time.
I was watching Mike Huckabee and Ben Stein comment last night when the Bush Tax Cuts expire at the end of the year, the person making $40,000 will pay an additional $200-$225 a month in taxes. I am sure the economy is going to thrive under those conditions along with energy and food prices soaring. | |
