Lapel, In | Getting totally.totally out of debt is first on the agenda.Should be there shortly after selling a couple houses(one is sold already) and some stocks.Not keeping more than a grand or two in cash. Got the balance of it in the grains at the moment. Can unload it with only one phone call when I think it is time. From there,not sure at the moment what to do with the cash. Maybe buy some nearby land if the opportunity presents itself. | |
