SE SD | We had one employee take out an irrigator after I told him to stay 65 ft away with a 33ft disk, b4 I left I said stay 90 ft away b/c we nee to work the field again and I would get closer. Then during wheat harvest he cut a tire and dragged the dog pads on a semi and trailer cause he didnt turn out of the field right. Now the other day he pulls into the fields fast empty or full and faces the semis in the wrong direction and has to turn out of the fields full and after the 3rd time I tell him to be facing out he still doesnt. h. He is the best at showing up for work he, is always 10 minutes early but is so rough on equipment. Just like today he had under a !/8 tank of fuel in the semi he was in and first told us when he had a 5o mile trip and was loaded.
