Michigan.
If they enter the field on the same trail each time. Run a couple dozen nails through a couple 1x8 boards, and place the boards in the trail with a bit of grass and dirt on them.
Make sure to mark where they enter with a "No trespassing" sign or two.

Flat tires on a dirt bike sucks the fun out of riding real quick.
Just remember where ya put the boards.

I had a similar issue with drunken snow mobile idiots ripping around on top of young bushes just under the snow.
I had to dig a drainage ditch to keep 'em out.
