I understand your desire to put up a wire.  However, I think that could/would have serious legal reprocussions if someone got hurt - at least here in the USA, I would be concerned.  Maybe in your country the legal system works differently.

I don't know what the answer is - maybe get your own dirtbike, so you can chase them down and catch them??
