rule of thumb here is . "you break it ,you fix it".. Hang the pieces on the wall of shame. Through the years the repairs get smaller as the learning curve grows. The guys look at some of their previous mishaps and wonder why the hell did I do that. Never get upset when something breaks,never forget how it happened and hope it isn't to bad.
