We sell hay here as well and I would have done the same in your situation. If he was a previous customer with no issues I would have let the hay go out. And yes, it is only a matter of time until we get burned I guess. Here in Candahoovia I think our only option is small claims court if the amount is small enough. Most of the time the only payback is knowing you have jerked the guys leash and the message gets out that if you burn that hay seller he WILL take you to court.
