I would rather have the employee that is 100% carefull and 100% output. lol I have seen around here the ones that get something done but break things have to get something done fast because they have to catch up from the half a day downtime they had the day before. Depending on what kind of equipment you have, but just like ripping the disc tongue out, He cost me one 1200 dollar tire, Im guessing 2000 in devalue on the disc and 5 hours downtime by the time whe got it back together. The 60% output is looking pretty good compared to the money I lost that day.
