Nusbaum Farms LLC Bellfountain, OR | I've done so much stupid stuff over the years that I have to use that as a yardstick for employees. I don't remember us ever letting anyone go for a screw-up. The few employees we've fired in my memory were for stealing, lying, being generally lazy.
I'll probably get flamed for this, but I'd rather have an employee who gets the job done and breaks something once in a while, than one who is so careful that his daily output is 60% of what it would otherwise be. We've had that before too.
