Ellsworth IL | The mobile home was OUTSIDE the city limits , it is the CITIES Fire Department . People outside the city limits have to pay a fee for fire protection because there is no district there . It seems to be common practice "there" .
"I thought they'd come out and put it out, even if you hadn't paid your $75," said Gene Cranick, the homeowner, "but I was wrong." That statement sure looks like he didn't pay intentionally .He must also think that the insurance company would have paid up if he didn't pay their premiums .
