Revere Missouri very northeast corner. | Well like in the other post with the disc hitting the tree, My hired hand cant work ground to save his butt. He kinda gets overwhelmed by the bigger equipment. The day with the disc I just took off walking across the field and called my friend and vented on him for awhile untill I calmed down. Went back and we finished fixing the disc. I told him to be more careful. He is a pretty good mechanic and great in the semi hauling grain. He just doesnt do that well in the spring. Things are done alot different than back when he helped his dad and he just hasnt gotten the hang of it. As far as firing him, He would have to do several more major screwups to machinery before that would come up. |
