Usually good employees do not have MAJOR screw-ups. But it happened. I would suggest your focus be on WHY it happened. Was he distracted by something? Phone call - business or personal? I-pod? Personal problem? Or just too much to do with GPS or fert system, etc.. Our first response is usually anger. But it has already happened so anger doesn't do anything but make finding the true cause more difficult.
Get it fixed but try to figure out the true reason of WHY it happened. Once you know the true cause of the accident then you can decide on appropriate action and not before. jmho. Jim at Dawn
