Shake my head and mumble some stuff under my breath, can't fire my dad because he owns the majority of it. I've been the one doing the screwing up before, usually the guy that messed up knows he screwed up without being told about it and if you fire everyone on the 1st screw up you'll never have any good experienced employees.
