Southern Ab
I have had two non-paying customers over the years. Both times I pursued payment in court and was awarded my claim plus costs. At this point interest is added to the judgement. At the time it was just 3%. The first fellow paid up when an oil company wanted to drill on his land and payment was held up by my lein. he couldn't get his check here fast enough. The other judgement was paid upon the fellows death. He left a real mess for his widow to deal with. And she had to pay more costs involved with discharging the judgement.
