| Screw the scales, any employer that doesn't have the decency to take this discussion to a private setting would be better off firing me anyway. I've gone through two cases like this in my life and they went something like this

Me-Not like that you aren't, at least not again. I'm not your dog and if you try screaming at me like one, you'll damn sure get bit.
