I had health ins. that covered my medical bills and nobody went after him or his ins. company. Well, if you would have broke your neck on that trampolin and became a par or quadriplegic as a result of injury there, I'd be willing to bet your health insurance may have payed - then would have gone after the homeowners to reimburse their loss . . . or ,maybe your health insureance wouldn't pay at all. There is a difference between a few hundred dollar loss and tens of thousands or life time losses of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Crap or not, that's the way it works . . . .
