People are sue happy when they get hurt when its there own stupid fault and people are scared to get sued and loose there ground. Im only 33 but I remember In my teenage days, me and my friends used to ride on several different peoples ground with permission and never thought twice of sueing nor did our parents. I know things are different now days which is too bad. Sorry just venting alittle nothing meant to anyone posting. You do not have a say, as to a insureance companies filing suit for damages / injury . . .. it is decided by insureance companies, not you . . . . .
