Subject: Professional advise?

Little River, TX

Any of the thoughts expressed here are strictly my own, and should not be relied on in making decisions for yourself or others. Always consult with a professional before making any changes.

What do you do when the Professional's Universal Truths are really regional truths for a different region?

Additionally what about the Universal Truths that are really University Approved Truths. Truths that are obviously wrong for your soil, and climate? Easily Obvious to the Most Casual Observer?

Example: Nitrogen persists in sandy soils in for a few weeks while nitrogen in heavy clay soils persists for months, and in some cases for years.

Horrible Situation: When a local truth is given the power of Law? Say when a legislature populated by Lawyers pronounce no soils in that state Need Molybdenum, and make it a crime to sell Moly as a soil amendment.
Consider when the University Truth is hinted to all Extension Specialest they must profess the University Truth as the only correct and Universal Truth, as a condition of continued employment. ( A poorly constructed sentence. Hopefully the meaning is there.)
