| Was just talking about that last week at the local elevator round table. One guy was telling about having to shovel off a load of cobs and the guy that filled the wagon didn't put in the shovel boards. Still mad about that 60 years later. I remeber dad doing chores in the morning taking off the loader put on the front mount cultivator, take cultivator off at night and put loader back on for chores. That went on many days. When he got the second 3010 he was in heaven. Another guy talked about having to slide his Oliver planter on the pipes to get started in the spring. Now we complain when the auto steer don't work. Grandpa's auto steer was Dan and Jake on the planter. | |
