| Yes, there are a lot in today's society that will just keep driving because they don't care. But what about those who DO care, but are afraid to stop for fear of being sued? We've all read the horror stories about the person who witnesses an accident, stops to pull a person with a broken neck out of his burning car, and then gets sued for paralyzing the person.
