| You don't know the exact circumstances of those who called. I have been a witness to an accident when I was in the semi and called it in, but because I would have had to cross three lanes of traffic and find a place to get stopped I felt it was unwise for me to get involved. It would have been dangerous for me to try to switch lanes that fast and it would have taken me longer to walk back than for the emergency folks to get there. | |
