We had lightning hit our telephone. It fried everything a phoneline was connected to such as router and modem. They wouldn't even power on. My problem now is the line itself, when I plug into the diag port outside I have dial tone so its a problem inside. What would lightning do to the line itself? Is it now junk? I looked at any connections and splices and can't see anything wrong.
