Because our paper holder is sort of automatic the new narrow rolls just fell out.   I called and explained that I didn't like it and the reason I didn't.

The woman said consumers didn't want to pay more and this was the way they could keep the cost down.  She went on to say people were happy with the rolls and "lower" price.

I told here I'm a consumer and I wasn't happy with the new rolls and the price wasn't lower.

She might as well have said we don't care.
